getting fed up!!
I badly want to paint some interior pieces red to match my car's exterior. I have patiently waited and tried to get ahold of some vinyl dye because i've heard great things about it compared to paint. Unfortunately, i cannot find it ANYWHERE. So should i just use egine paint for it instead?

Re: getting fed up!!
Use vinyl dye... paint starts flaking after awhile, and you can tell it was painted. Make it look like the car car that wya orig, not like you painted it.

I found some paint at advance auto. Plastic-Kote Flame Red #420. I don't know if I was intended for that application, but It's held up quite well. also Its much cheaper than going to JC whitney and paying 15-20 bucks a can.
By the way, engine enamel = awesome. I used it to paint my crappy rims and they look 110% better. paying eight bucks for two cans of paint is much better than paying 600 bucks for new rims. booyah. |
