I'm lookin at getting a 99 Civic EX 5-speed. What is the fastest all-motor D16Y8 (SOHC VTEC)? No turbo, nitrous, or supercharter? Anything else goes...

bisi ezerioha then busted a 10.9 in his d15b6 (crx hf) 1.5L sohc all motor crx.
