are weapon R intakes or products any good

They aren't great, but some people will argue that an intake is an intake. If you're going for quality, get an AEM or maybe an Iceman.

if you're on a puny budget, then its fine..
But if possible, the AEM CAI, is the way to go.

yes I wouls say the same and go with the AEM CAI cause I have had that on my Si for a while and it is great for sound and performance...I don't think any other intakes can compare to it...

Don't forget that since Weapon R has the red "R" on it's sticker, that's good for at least 30 hp!
