I was driving around last night and it was like 65 degrees. I was on my way to taco bell again and on this road where like there a lot of lights but with plenty of distance in between. Im driving down and start coming up on a new tiburon so Imerge over into another lane and just keep going. I was passing him at a pretty good pace and when I went to get back over I looked over and there he was pulling right next to me. I looked over and he started speeding so I left it in 5th and gave it some gas to get even again. Then all of a sudden the car lurches back and starts to get out of there. So only doing 40 (speed limit 35) I drop 2nd

and instantly catch and pass him by the time I was in 3rd I had put maybe 2 car lengths on him. Then we caught a light. He wanted to do it again and thats when he found out tI had a stick. he said "back there

we didnt even shift a gear. We got a v6 in this bitch" So the light changed green and put about 4 cars on him and than went on my way to get food.

Second it was an automatic. Its kinda hard to screw up racing an automatic isnt it? Plant the foot and steer

yeah i heard tibs aren't all they're cracked up to be. I think umm maybe turbo mag did a review of parts for them and they said that stock they suck. however and intake was like 15 hp!!!

oh my bad then...i thought they were 200hp....was it the v6 or 4....the 4 would be easy to beat, i would probably have troubles with the v6.....then agian maybe not

I like the "aggresive" styling they are trying to use to sell the cars. They always struck me as "all bark no bite" kind of cars

Although there is less drivetrain less in the manual

Lots of cars are like that. The AEM for my car adds 19 hp to the wheels.
The borl exhast also adds close to 20 fwhp.

anyways, you can't just live on dyno charts alone. I think Sport Compact Car or a mag like it just did an article on different dyno's (makes and models) and many of them varried in their readings. As well as every car responds differently to mods and weather conditions etc.
