				Stereo Removal
My friend has a Sony CDX 5090 headunit...I was installing his amp for him, when I found out that his headunit will not comeout. I have installed several systems before, (im not a professional) and I have never had this problem...Is there a secret or a pop-up tool that needs to be used? I have a jimmy that I use to remove all of the other units I have worked with, but This one is different....Please help!!! |

				 | it kinda depends on the car and/or install.. you can try inserting a thin piece of something on eacy side, to release the clips.. Most of the time doing it on the side will do.. If not you might need to remove the trim around radio.. If the dude who did the install did it like how I did, it might require removing the entire dash (in a specific order), and undoing the soldering..

				 | could be that the mount for the radio is screwed into the old factory mount...like mine is...and you cant pull it out from the front without unscrewing it |
