Wow what idiots......my friend did the same thing with his brand new RSX....he didn't know the roads well and was driving really fast, hit a hill and flew into the air. His car started flipping end to end and high wnough to take down a pair of power lines. Driver was ok but completley out of it after, Tom who was in the back was thrown around and had his arm and leg broken, then Vicky who was in the passenger seat was in critical condition because her seat belt didnt lock up. They had to drill a hole in her head to relieve brain pressure. Not cool to drive fast, so don't.

Guys, dont be do too harsh.. The driver driver died in that accident.. I dont know him, but know some people who were rather close to him, and lets just say he didnt deserve something like this. Young blood..

I wonder what some of you would have said if something like this would have happened to someone participating in the GUMBALL 3K.

Oh man, didn't realize that. Such a crazy thing. I know they were just out having fun, but they were going really fast judging from the video.

My condolences to those who knew him.

My first question was going to be: Did anyone get hurt? You can hear the desperation in that kid's voice (when they first get to the wreckage) that it didn't look too good. But just because he died in the accident doesn't mean that we can't call him a dumbass. He did a stupid thing and paid the price. Everyone is just lucky that he didn't hurt someone else in the process.

You're absolutely right. Here in North America everyone has the freedom to express whatever is on there mind. Regardless of how insensitive it may be. I know most people on this board wouldnt say something like what you just said.. He is dead, he has already payed ultimate price. But who cares about him, its his friends and family who are suffering now.

Its so easy to be judgemental after an event has occured, if anything goes wrong then we're all so quick to point fingers.. If he wouldnt have crashed the posts withing this thread would have been more along the lines of "That guys is crazy.. but WOW those jumps are insane!"..

Anyways I dont wont get fired up over this..

It's my understanding that there was only one person in the car, the driver, and he died.

And I just watched that video again and chills were sent down my spine. To hear that kid's voice as he's calling to his friend...

And Accord Man, for the record, I wasn't argueing for the sake of argueing. In the video, you can see that he's driving like that with other people on the road (at the beginning, he even goes into the on-coming traffic's lane). I was stating that what he did was very dangerous, not only to himself, but to others on the road, and that's why I called him a dumbass.
