movie/tv buffs lend me your knowledge

Ok this has been bugging me all day and I'm stumped. Help me out here. I'm trying to figure out what movie/show this is from.

Scene:

Somebody gets busted by the fuzz, I think it's the main characters. They say they gotta call the reverand. So the next scene is they're in the court room and the reverand, a tall, slender, elder black man in a light grey suit (iirc) is preaching the defense in stereotypical reverand singing/preaching fashion while the judge has a stupified look on his face. Eventually the judge throws out the case to get rid of the lawyer and all the other people waiting for trial want to switch lawyers.

That ring a bell?

Don't even think Deuce Bigallow, that was suggested but it's not it. It's something I've seen recently (of course that helps all of you, eh?).

I do believe you're right. At first I thought "Mo Money, I've never seen that." But then I looked it up and realized that I actually had watched some of it recently....I can't remember where (I don't have TV at home)....but I did, and I think you're right. Rev. Pimp Daddy is da man.
