I agree with OC for the most part.. Honda ruined the new SIs, and all the civics for that matter. The 6th gen was the end of a really decent "sporty" econobox. Now you just have another car. You dont have to believe us, but from a performance stand point its somewhat true..
Now more double wishbone suspension..  The looks of the new SI are growing on me, but it doesnt compare the the SI of old.

Sorry... The front it actually what I was refering too.. In 2002 they changed the front end to the Control-Link MacPherson Strut Front Suspension setup. But, the rears are still Double Wishbone. I personally like the front Double Wishbone setup better.
