E-mail notifications need help
Everytime I post and someone replys I get an E-mail.My E-mail is very touchy it jams up all the time.I just went into my options section and changed the E-mail notiications to No will this stop this or is there something else I need to do.If I get alot of E-mail it ends up jamming and I get stuck with a ton of mail I can't get rid of or read.

go up to control panel on this web page... its up at the top... and click it... then click Edit Options.... then scroll down till you see "Use 'Email Notification' by default?" and click no
