help fast

My friend, who is a f***ing moron put shaving creme on the paint of this girls car even though i told him not to like 100 times. So now the girl is pised and im wondering if there is neway, otehr than repainting, so kinda undo what happened. Its just a little streaky in some places?
Will anything work or is there no hope. WOuld rubbing compound? something ike that thnx again

I guess I'd try wash-->clay-->cleaner-->polish-->(wax if that worked) to see if that helps. 3m makes some good paint cleaners

You can try all of the above, and it will help, but you will always beable to see blemishes there now..
