i'm surrounded by idiots

yesterday i took my car in to have it aligned after i changed a tierod 2 weeks ago. i have the camber kit in the car and i tell the guy if there is a problem with camber being to big to install the kit and fix my camber problem. so after i leave the car with them i receive no call from them and after 6 hours i call them and they tell me they adjutsed the toe but thet's all they could do to, and i could go pick up the car. when i get at the shop the dude tells me that my camber kit is not good, and when i ride it could rattle, plus i need a camber kit that the adjustaments will be made from the upper control arm, because my caster on the right is 23 degrees instead 3. i'm like ok, but you don't adjust the caster from the control arm. you gotta adjust it from the radius rod, and as far as i know my front cross bone is bent, leaving the car with that caster. he insists that i go and get one of those camber kits that will adjust from the upper arm, not from the anchors. so i take the car home and start doing a search on the net about those arms. finally get to mantaray motorsports and call them. i spoke with one of their cs dude which was very helpfull and he tells me to install the kit mysefl, and it's on of the best camber correction kits out there (sprint extreme-- made by speciality products) and it will be safe and i won't get any rattles. i would take the car to another shop but i just don't have another $80 to spend on an alignament, plus i paid 140 for this alignament and i get unlimited lifetime alignaments from firestone. sorry i just had to vent.

You're not surrounded by idiots, you're surrounded by mirrors, Stefan. lmao

You should put the camber kit on yourself and get it close by eyeballin' it. Then take it to them for the adjustments.

You either have small hands or the ban button is rather large.

While your installin the kit and the suspension torn apart go ahead and paint the control arms and what not. Looks really neat.
