No huge spoilers, no huge body kits, no neons, nothing too extreme.

Your car is damn clean

clean is not having any crap laying around the inside of your car. Clean is not having your truck full of shit.
Clean is not having a shit stain along the side of your car.
Clean is removing the animals from your grill.

you'd be amazed at what you can tell about people and how they treat their car. Most just clean the outside and leaving the inside looking like shit. I'll get some pictures of what my car looks like and we'll use that as an example. For the most part my car looks like it never left the showroom....

simple wheels, unobnoxious spoiler that fits the car, simple body kit, clean interior/trunk, clean and detailed exterior....Basically I like things simple. Sure the cars I see at car shows that are full of graphics and whatnot can look nice and be done tastfully...but thats not my bag. I'd much rather see a fairly plain car that hauls ass.

i would say a clean car is a car with a bodykit like the wings west type w for the 94-97 accord a small spoiler like this (if any) (btw that's the one that i have sitting in my room), a nice paint job, no conversions whatsoever, and a body free of stickers and japanese characters, no altezzas(musketo bites), and no folgers can

my .02$...

straight body, no dings, no scratches or swirls in paint...
tinted windows, no bubbles in tint, no mirrored tint...
no emblems, no stickers... no antenna either...
lowered, but not slammed...
aftermarket wheels... not wire wheels tho... and they have to fit within the wheel wells... no mud flaps stickin off the sides...
nice system... but not one that you feel from blocks away...
spoiler/body kit... but no four foot carbon fiber wing...
speaking of carbon fiber... no fiber hoods that aren't color matched.
clean inside and out...

it doesn't hurt if the car will launch into a low earth orbit either(i just mean be really, really fast, not bounce like with hydraulics)...

but then, it has to be meticulous under the hood... look stock or better than stock... and fartcan mufflers are definitely a no-no...

oh ya very close... cept i disagre with the hood...well in my own opinion a black looking hood on a white car...blue car..almost anything (as long if it is a carbon fiber hood..) is fine by me....i think it looks wicked..

tastfully lowered, with camber correction, a lip like the spoon lip or the wings west RS lip. the JUN lip looks good too, either painted stock side skirts or smooth ones that flow with the body. stock tail lights, JDM headlights always add ALOT. rims that dont yell SHOW at you. something like slow's or mine. no bigger than 17's 16's actualy look better IMO. carbon fiber hoods look nice on some cars, dark ones expecialy. black cars need black tinted windows, light color cars go tintless or very light. leather or racing seats looks great, bride sparcos or recaros, in a color that matches your interior and exterior of car (bright yellow looks bad in a black interor and car) NO wing, or a wing that follows the body lines of the car. no graphics at all, no neons, no extra lights, you may think they look good, but they ar not clean. it is possible to do a "clean" tail light or headlight conversion, if the lights fit the car then it can work (ex s2k lights dont look right on a 4 door civic) bright color paints are out, yellow, orange, bright green light blue.... just dosnt count as clean a dark blue will, black, white, a deep red.... obviosly well kept paint and no dents, but that goes without saying.

I think alot has been said abou having a clean car...I hate it when I check out someone's ride and everything is clean and then u move to the trunk and it's just gross with wrappers or dirt or sand or anything. Or if the interior is so spick and span then u open the ashtray and its fully of ashes.. I think clean just means everything is well kept and no detail has been overlooked. I hate it when people have wires stickin out from under their dash or their sub box is dusty etc...i know this sounds more like actual cleanliness than than "clean like sleek" but it all counts IMO yo

my idea of clean...let's see...no huge wings, no neon, a 'subtle' body kit, no rims that look like a mirror (i.e. bright chrome), a single body color, no stickers or as little as possible. Altezzas are alright on some cars....guess that's all I can think of right now.

Haha....I keep a Swiffer wipe in my car to keep the dust to a low level. Dust on the interior bothers me.....so I can clean it up anytime while at a light or something.

* Nice tint (if tinted at all), I think metallic looks good on certain cars, not on others. Silver car with metallic is ok, IMO. No colored tints.
* Subtle body kit, one where it's obvious it's not stock but that doesn't jump out from a mile away.
* Small tasteful wing or no wing at all. Not a big fan of CF hoods.
* All colors of the paint matched, no white car with off-white parts, no primer, etc.
* Tasteful wheels, so no chromes on a car, 16"-19" depending on the car. Color of wheels should go well with the car color, so white only on red,black,blue. Silver on most cars, gunmetal on some. No black wheels.
* Slammed is ok but only if done well, such as proper camber, but I prefer light drops 1-2.5".
* The usual no dings, dents, scratches, or bird crap.
* Clean interior. No huge tach with shift light in an auto, modest guages, clean color choices to go well with exterior color. No one color only interiors. The list goes on.
* Clean engine bay
* No Folger's cans
* No stickers unless required by law
* I prefer no license in the front, but that's not always an option

I wouldn't rank things such as stereo as being clean, but if a stereo is installed it should blend well with the car.
