I just got my body kit!

Yeah! well anyway... anyone ever install their body kit themselves?

I tried fitting them on cause my other friends who bought body kits too (team discount $$) tried them on and theirs didn't fit right (yeah fiberglass fits like sh''t). well anyway I got lucky and my front and rear bumper fit pretty damn nicely. Im scared to drill holes though so all I can do is stare

Is it worth the money to get them installed by someone else?

oh yeah... should I install the kit first and get it painted, or get it painted first then install it?

i think you should have the kit installed first by a pro, and drive like that for 2-3 mos to get the cracks worked out, then fill them up and paint it
