Honda to make engines for IRL

announced at Indianapolis raceway recently.

sounds like a good deal.
your opinions?

i think IRL is taking over CART's popularity, which started with the penske cars moving from cart to irl.

Moo.

Hopefully they'll fare better in IRL than they have in CART

do i need to get out the paddle???

IRL=Indy Racing League

basically a clone of CART that doesn't argue amongst itself.

I think they're entering IRL as a result of the BS they had to deal with in CART. Even though the reason they pulled out of CART was because the engine format was changing to a standardized platform. Kinda defeats the purpose of leaving CART, except to make a statement.

IRL eh? I sure hope the Honda guys know what they are up against... I'd hate to see a bad showing for Honda in IRL like in Cart... Oh well hopefully they have something up their sleeves
