Front speaker replacement for 92 Civic?

What's up fellas..

I'm replacing the front speakers in my girlfriend's '92 Civic and I was wondering how to pull the door panels off. I know there's a little weather guard that I'll have to cut away once I'm in the door panel, but I need to know how to get there first. Do I need a panel popper?

BTW, it has manual windows as well, so that should make it less complicated.

Thanks.. peace out.

panel popper and a screw driver... there should be several screws scattered across the door panel.
