Quick Quick need some help!!!

Does anyone know how to put on a short shifter onto a 5-speed? I figured it would just be screwing off 1 or 2 things and putting it on, and screwing it back on, but I looked and that won't happen. Will somebody please post a "how-to" for putting this thing on my 97 integra??? Or should I go out to the local shop and get it done for $40??? I would like to save 40 bucks if I can, if this is something that I can be walked through. Thanks, help!!!

its a OBX type-r short shifter w/knob

I know you have to do something under the car...you ride has to be on jack stands.....it's not as easy as one would think...but as soon as you know how to do it....it's easy i heard.
