Cold air intake Install
I have a 94 Accord Ex and I'm looking into a CAI and i was wondering how the install goes. I took off the old factory air box and saw the hole below it. I asume the intake pipe goes down in there? If so were is the filter go? Do you have to take the bumper off to get the filter on??? It seems to me that if the pipe goes down in that hole the filter would be a real pain to get on and to clean???
Thanks... |

You're on the right track. Remove the splash guard from below, and you can service and install the filter that way. The bumper can stay on with no problem. I don't even have to jack my car up to clean the filter, just remove the splash guard and pull the filter out the bottom.
