These Storms are killing me...

I have a story to share...

I was speaking to this older black dude, He was telling me that back in the days of slavery and the Amistad-days of the slave ships, The son of a witchdoctor was captured by the slave traders. The witchdoctor put a curse on the traders that powerful and deadly storms follow the ships and destroy their homeland and families for generations to come...It is crazy that the routes the slave ships would take (africa to the islands, to florida or georgia) are the same paths that the hurricanes take...He then stated that the storms should have African Tribesmen names like simba, instead of whitebread, european names like Charley.

My Spiritual side says this man has a point, but my realist/extremist/no-bullsh!t side says that it has to do with the natural Ocean Currents.

Thought I would share my thoughts with all'yall SOBs!
