This phone is in perfect working order. There are a couple minor scratches on the rear of the phone (battery door). I recently switched service and have no need for this phone any more.

The car charger, wall charger and sync cable are all authentic Motorola parts. The USB sync cabe will allow you to download all of your phone numbers into your PC, update your phone software or install applcations.
