crazy old people

SO yesterday at work a old lady who is infamous for the reasons I will be telling you came in and returned a portable DVD player because she couldn't turn it on. Ok keep in mind that this one she has she bought nearly 3 months ago. Well she returns it also because the styrofoam in the packaging had dust on it, she wanted a BRAND new model. well my friend opened a new one for her and here is a list of complaints that she gave him for the player:
The volumn button was recessed to far into the unit

She didn't like the click noise the buttons made

She didn't like the way the monitor would angle when the battery pack was attached, BUT the monitor you could angle any way you wanted

She didn't like the whirring noise that it made when a DVD was put in, you know when it's spinning up

she tried to clean a DVD with a paper towel, it left lint so she used the same towel to try to clean it about 3 or four time eachtime putting it back in and taking it out to clean

she made me stop pushing a cart so she could point out the sounds that it made

she wouldn't take one because the package had a small dent from where my coworker had grabbed it

is this crazy or normal..please...tell me

well they convinced her that the dvd player was fine and brand new, but i think she still refused to beleive it cause of some dust on the styrofoam packing.
and yes its perfectly fine that you call me boo, just found it a little humorous made me think of that Usher song "Burn"
