Yeah, I hear you. Out of nowhere on Friday, I got what can only be described as the flu. But I thought that I had that already back in December. It's weird because I usually only get sick twice a year. Once in the winter and then once towards the end of the summer. Well whatever the hell it is, it's gone but I could not eat for like 4 days and I had all sorts of sleeping problems.

ya i had something similar,think it was the flu. the stomach didnt like food for a few days, and still kinda doesnt. the thing with me is that i slept alot over the last few days

crazy.....my girlfriend has had the same shit since sunday hasn't gone to school yet this week....doctor said there's some bad stomach flu going around.....
better then asia where everyone's dying from that shit....

So were you not sleeping because you were so sick? I'm not really sure that was my case because I have a huge sleeping disorder anyway. But everytime I laid down, I either had the spins or would sneeze a lot.

How much sleep do I get? Hmmmm. It really varies. Usually little to none and then there's one day in the week where I will get home from work at 6pm, lay down and then not wake up until 6:30am the next morning. What'll happen is I will be all tired and lay down and just not be able to fall asleep. Or, I will fall asleep at a decent hour which is about 11:30 (to get up for 6:30) and then I will only sleep till 2 or 3am and then I just can't fall back asleep. It is awful and frustrating. And I don't like taking anything because I feel like all cracked out and woozy the next day. If I got out drinking w/my friends, I can usually sleep for obvious reasons but that is not really good rest, you know?

ms.......try taking melatonin a half hour befoe you go to bed. it is a natural occuring chemical that our brains make, it is over teh counter and sold with all the vitamins. start off slow with 1 mg, then if needed you can go up to 3-6 mg. if you have any questions feel free to pm me.

Yeah, I think my mom has some of that stuff. Last week I took some prescription allergy medication because I knew that it would make me wicked drowsy and that worked well.

ms......melatonin is not something you get addicted to since it is what our bodies make naturally. sometimes our bodies ont make enough and that is what causes insominia ect. alot of times once you get on a schedule and stick with it, you will not need the melatonin becasue your body will begin making it due to teh routine.
