I plan on rebuilding the top end of my '90 civic and was wondering what was needed, what i should replace and what is reusable.

well you can reuse anything it's not broken, or replace anything you want. i would go with a new camshaft, new valves, new valve springs. any reason in particular you wanna rebuild the top end ?
