carpet Dye

I died my carpet today. it was a long process since I had to remove the carpet. Removed the seats most of the dash, but it wasnt that bad. I used a fabric spray paint from teh auto store. It looks really nice Im very impressed with myelf lol. Ill have pics up tomorrow. It got dark so I didnt get a chance to take them.

my lower tie bar comes in tomorrow so I should be a very happy person hehe.

The interior looks tight! How did you paint the dash and door panels? I read that you can do it with spray paint. If you can, does it stay sticky or smooth, and what kind of paint do you use?

I used a vinyl spray pain by plastikote. It doesnt stay sticky at all. I covered it with a clear coat too. I just removed all the pieces that I painted not hard at all. One day when i get brave im going to remove them all agian and re vinyl them but thats expensive. Painting is soo much cheaper and easier.
