Has anyone heard good/bad things about these shocks?

i have them with h&r sport springs.....they are very good for the price, but, you cannot go lower then 1.5in on them or they will blow....if going lower then 1.5in go with koni reds (specials)

i've heard stories of the gr2's blowing. i'd go with something a bit better. what is your budget ?
