Civic 96-00 EX Tanabe catback

Bought from NJ on a trip to new york. It has 4000 miles on it and unfortunately suffered some effects from the winter. I cleaned it up and was ready to have it installed when I got my new thermal exhaust instead. It does come w/ resonator so it is much quieter than OBX and other cheap crap from ebay; it's still Tanabe so it is quality.

If I can get $150 I will be happy. (I paid $300)

pics of it might help, to prove how not bad the rust is. I have no use for a 96-00 system, but I'll put the word out.

the muffler and pipe connection was cut when removed (stupid midas) it does need to be welded onto the muffler and a new plates on other end the pipe to be installed. A prof shop (midas, tuffy, mineke, whatever) can do this when they put the system on

scrapes on the bottom of the muffler from all the parking structures and driveways (car was slammed)...as you can see the scrapes are not that bad and there is NO breakthrough damage; who sees this part of the muffler anyway?
