replacing headlight bulb??
I cant figure out how to remove the entire headlight or even the bulb any ideas cause Im screwed otherwise.

Open the hood and check the headlight. Then unscrewed. Put the old blub and put a new bulb in.

You don't need to remove the whole unit.
Just rotate the bulb socket 90" (I forget which direction) and it will then pull out. They get stuck sometimes though and require a good amount of elbow grease.

there is a "lock" that has to be turned to be able to remove the bulb from the housing. When I first tried to remove it, and figuring because it must've sat for awhile, I had to really apply some pressure, but it will move, promise

yeah, there is a lock on them. just turn it counterclockwise like 60 degrees and it the bulb will pop out. on 4th gens they tend to get stuck, and i used a rod to make it turn, i even busted both of mine

I did end up fixing it but I had to remove the battery, because it is twice the size of a stock one so it can power my stereo.
