Hey, whats the problem with a painjpob that makes the paint chip so easily, when like a rock hits it? My black front bumper has sooo many white dots. Is it not enough coats, bad clear coat, or cheap paint. what is it?

rocks have sharp edges.....and going 45mph or more and having a pebble hitting your front bumper tends to cause paint chips - just a part of life unless you have about 10 coats of paint.

ive got 6 coats of paint on my car and there are no rock chips at all....oooooh yeah
