A/C help
ok i hooked up my a/c the other day and when i started my car it sounded as if it had no oil in it. it was all serviced with oil and the r134 stuff and when i turn it on it barley gets cold in the car and it surges as i go down the road. it happenes when the rpm is higher then 2500. Could it be the clutch inside of the compersor? if anyone can help please help

I found out it was the clutch inside the comperssor that went bad so I just took the belt off I was sick of listining to the terrible sound it was making. But I don't think I will fix it any way the turbo kit I'll be getting doesn't allow it anyway. Thanks anyways for your help.
