Just my luck

Well as some of you may know basically my ENTIRE front end is going to end up getting replaced eventually (bumber hood both fenders and headlights) the ONLY part that I had on the front end that I like was the JDM clear stanley corners... whatever I'm not into the JDM thing I just think they're the best looking corners.

SO I'm driving to work the other day and this big truck is in front of me with those box steel step deals on the back... well he slows down and puts his right blinker on and starts going wide left to make the right turn... so I start to go around him... then... he STOPS... dead. I stopped to but not before I POPPED my passenger side corner light...

WTF. Thats just my luck... I wouldn't have given two poo's if the hood got cut open or the fender got tore off... all I cared about was the freaking corners... G-Demmit.

SO now I have to decide whether to turn this into yet ANOTHER long term project... or just do what's easier.

Basically I'm working now on putting the BMW HID's I got into the stock headlights... but NOW I need new corners which I DO have the same corners but for a 4 door not a 2 door... SO I have to either put the HIDs into the other housing I was contemplating using that has corners... OR I have to get 4 door fenders so the corners I already have will fit and still put the HID's into the stock housing....

Decisions decisions... Either way for now I'm just gunna see how clean I can get the HID's into the stock housings... if it comes out good I'll prob go with the 4 door corners and fenders... but then getting that all to line up with the 2 door bumper is more work... Fudge.

If you weren't following him so closely you would have had time to stop. Maybe you should re read your drivers manual to learn the proper following distance. And espically if it was a bigger truck that was turning right. Yes they sometimes do have to stop. Any driver knows that. But I guess it's not any driver. It's you.

I wasn't assigning him blame you jackass... I was pissed that I broke my corner light.
