Vafc
Does anyone think this is worth it? I mean I plan to turbo my car in the future and if I did turbo it, would I be able to use others? or does this cancel out the usage of any other computer,

the vafc is a piggyback air to fuel controller. It wires into your ecu.

this depends on what you're talking about, if you talking about another stand alone system (ie: hondata, AEM EMS) then yes. Those are much more powerful, expensive and harder to use/tune (the EMS anyway) i suggest you figure out what route you're going to go first before you buy anything, and if i were you, i'd buy a kit, and pay to have someone install and tune it. otherwise, don't waste your money yet.

AFC's are overated in my opinion. Nothing beats Hondata or any stand alone systems.

lol, sometimes the vafc is better just because the lack of hondata/EMS tuners in some area or another. but if they are available those are the best hands down.
you can also check on www.pgmfi.org for info on how to chip your ecu and how to program it. i think that's what i am going to do

I jus talked to my friend who drives a supra TT heavily modified. He said when he had put it on his integra ls with vtec head, the vfc gave him headaches and costed 400 to tune.
I was told otherwise, that the vfc is easy to use. |
