I found this.. and it is badass. Go to the site emachineshop.com and download it. It's a simple CADtype program that lets you create anything from panels, brackets, anything custom you might want to make.. then you can actually get a price instantly on what it would cost to make. Then you email it to them and they make it for you.

Here is a test design of a guage panel I designed. It's a box type housing that will hold 6 gauges under the dash while hiding wires and everything. Painted the same color as the dash so it will blend in and match.

I been looking at doing some sheetmetel tools and other stuff.. but screw that, I am just gonna mock up what I want to fabricate with foamboard, take measurements, then use this tool to make it. That box above priced with 304 stainless steel cost $140 to make. Not sure how accurate that is.. and it's not final at all anyways.. that took me all of 3 minutes to design, but better than any of the crap I have tried to fabricate thus far.
