d16z6
on friday i get rid of the b18 that has been in my basement for 2 years.. i found a d16z6 complete swap from a friend for pretty cheap.. it has 140xxx miles on it, so im going to rebuild before i put it in.. and im thinking about a turbo.. ive heard about b series rods in d series motors and i have an extra set.. does anyone how how this is done? is it worth it? and my friends and i did a homemade turbo on a 98 ex.. it seems faster but it didnt turn anything impressive at the track.. how can i do a turbo the right way for less money?

Go to www.homemadeturbo.com and see how they did theirs. I just dont have time right now since there are so many options especially with a D-series. I'm building one right now for a D15. Almost done and total cost so far about $400. I'll take pics and post it on the turbo forum later. For now, review this:
