i'd say no.... but ive never looked into d15s or d16

yeah, i was thinking of purchasing a jdm d15b for my civic and wondering if the greddy kit for the d16 would fit on it

all other engines with same letter series(b16 b18, h22 h23, f22 f23 etc.) have different header sizes, but check part #'s if you wana be sure for d15/16
