Had an accident

I was in a accident recently where I rear ended another car. Theur car had a broken tailight while mine was in pieces. I had also removed collision on my car a week before to save money so I'm f**&#@. I can do all the work myself but I need a new radiator support, and don't know how to take off the old one and weld the new one back on. If anyone has any suggestions let me know. I am also replacing my cylinder head at the same time and was wondering how hard is it and what is involved.
