did you guys know?

men of any age (0-100) should never eat food that has been microwaved with platic touching it? Any plastic container, or wrap, or plastic fork (plastic ok) is made with estrogen, putting that into the microwave brings it out into the food. Estrogen happens to vibrate at the same frequency as water; microwaves are designed to vibrate water (thats how they cook). In young children, especially, this can cause major problems. Think about women weight lifters that take testosterone...they get all manly...do you want yourself or your little boy getting girly?!

Yes, even those microwave safe plastics arent safe...

Companies dont have to tell people this because estrogen isnt a food, and plastic certainly isnt; its not controlled by the fda (like supplements and vitamins).

Think about that the next time you want to eat a microwave dinner...use the oven instead or take it out of the package...

I just saw a gladware commercial and remembered it.

holy crap its true! (did a search)

although i'm not sure if the amounts that could get into our food are enough to do anything. i mean soy foods have a crap load of estrogen and theres alot of people eating them w/ no weird side effects.

still, this is disturbing to say the least.

what...you doubted me? Yeah its all 100% true. I dont think it would make too much of a difference if you did it once in awhile, but Im positive that young boys who eat a lot of food that is cooked w/ plasitc in the microwave could have some complications later in life. Same goes for men that eat a lot of things with plastic. (you know what I mean)
