I'll help you out a bit...

organic... the clutch material (stuff that gets burned over time) is made of organic material... generally softer and wears faster... NOT good for high hp apps... or launching..

Ceramic... It's ceramic... it's harder lasts longer takes more abuse but it's also harder and CAN cause LOTS of chatter... (loud noises when it engages)

# of pucks is how many "pads" of whatever material there are around the circumfrance of the clutch to grab the flywheel...

the more the merrier.. for hp not for ease of driving...

the plates refer to the number of there are to absorb the shock of engaging the clutch ... again the more the merrier minus drivability.

I know.. I'm just trying to gain some knowledge before I go out and try and tune my car so I don't end up blowing somethin' I don't know much 'bout cars.
