bumper removal on intake install?

so i have decided to buy an AEM CAI but i can't decide what color i want it. its going on a black 95 integra. i am thinking polished because i think red or blue would look stupid. any opinions?

It really depends on what kinda color scheme you're looking for, if you were to paint or tweed your interior what colors would you put in there?
I have a black '96 Accord so I'm probably going to get red AEM CAI because thats the colors that I want in my engine and I'm gonna have ny interior material redone with red tweed and red paint when some cash comes in.
get what I mean?
so it all depends on your own taste purple can look nifty on the interior but I dont know if AEM makes purple CAI, I saw it on a Supra once, had venom parts all over and it looked so nice

Harsh.

Baron,

Hope you got red. My car is black and I have the red AEM CAI. Course, mines a del Sol and I have the red seats. So, it made sense.

You should get a red one, because then you'd be the "Red Baron."

does it actually change the sound of your car just by swapping a cai?

and do you recognize this sound from the inside or outside of the car? or both?

I have an iceman... I'm VERY happy with it. you can change between short ram and cai.. (although w/o body damage like me it's probobly a biotch.)

it's also like 120 at a store.. you could probobly find one new or used if you search around for like 80 or so...

also it can use the "bypass valve" without cutting apart your intake like you have to on an aem...

I'd recomend it highly.

My original was red anodized and it faded to pink

So I got it powder coated, and it's all good now...just a tidbit...

Polished is always good.
