Getting a License

I just got 1 question...do you have to have your parents sig to get your license in TEXAS?

I would assume that the driving laws are more relaxxed than states like California (where parents have to vouch for their children before they can get a license. They have to promise that they supervised their kid driving for like 100 hours with their learners, and 25 hours at night time, something like that).
Call your DMV to find out.

well in oh if u are under 18 one of the parents or legal guardian has to sign for you every step of the way: temp permit, exmas and the final license

since you are not a legal adult unless you are emancipated, you would need your parents to do anything that involves the government since you are technically a non person until 18.

Probably depends how old you are..

Like Silver said, if your under 18 you probably do.
