are blue stobes lights illegal if the car is parked??

Hmm thats a good question... I would think so because you are still giving the impression of being a police officer whereas w/ neon while stopped you arent- neon is more about distracting other drivers on the road, strobes they tend to focus more on the impersonating an officer deal... might wanna check w/ city hall...

my friend got ticketed for sitting there with his strobes on, of course they were blue, but none the less, ticketed

if it looks like a cop it is illegal but most cops will give a ticket just to be an azz anyway
