A free flowing exhaust isn't necessarily proportional to how much sound it makes. You say you want the loudest and you want the most hp. What's more important?

I think you should get a quality Greddy, Apexi, etc. unit. They will be fairly loud, but the sound is deep and not raspy at all.

For performance, you'll want a full cat-back setup, meaning that it replaces everything behind the catalytic converter. This will probably run a little over $500.

just punch out the rust in your pipe. My exhaust is hella loud, the fumes come out the side for that performance look, and the ultra cool effect of monoxide poisening.

But seriously, a good exhuast is one that will give you the most flow, but not sounding like a weed eater.

Greddy makes nice exhaust systems...or maybe buy a muffler (cannon or angled tips) with custom piping..
