Anyone hear about these metalic black tints that reflect differently in different types of light and light angles?

If you smoke in your car its better to clean off the film every once and a while. I use just plain water and a nice soft clean rag. I smoke in my car, my tint has been in my car for about 2 years...not 1 problem with discoloration anything.

STAY black...silver tint looks ghey to me. Just my opinion.

does anyone know if over time a rear defroster messes up tint because i bought my car almost a year ago and the tint on the back has been really blurry the whole time. its honda factory tint so i know it isn't just crap. i have been meaning to get it all retinted though.

i thought about getting that silver tint but i figured it cost more and the dealer said that it wasnt guaranteed because it might not stay on well and that it was illegal

According to most tint manufactures, they say there tint can't be used with built in wire style defrosters. They say it causes the glue to heat up and will damage the tint. Some higher quality tints will work in most cases though.
