Yes CHris fruity pebbles are good....and so are lucky charms...mmm Honey nut Cheerios....Acutally pretty much any cereal that's not healthy is good...haha

Vector, I haven't been able to find it in the USA but its up here in Canada. Its beyond simple cereal and contains enough energy in one bowl that i can ride for a good hour without needing more food. I've been eating if for breakfast for the last 3 years and i've now switched over to something "lighter" until the biking season starts up again.
