replacing mirrors

ok, on my way to work this morning i swerve to miss a deer and i hit a god darn mailbox. (2nd one with in 1 year, first one totalled my stratus ) well only damage done to my civic is i took the passenger mirror off. should i just have brian get me an oem one or is there a "mod" one that looks better. i plan on getting both new so that they match. i am just soooo thankfull that i didnt land in teh ditch i was heading for, had i landed there i would have easily rolled my car several times.

well half way through that i started to laugh my ass off. I'm glad to hear you are alright but 2 in 1 year, wow deer must like you.

Get ones that are metal and have a blue tint to the mirror. At night the blue sharpens the image of the cars and helps reduce glare.

no it wasnt 2 deer ......it was 2 damn mailboxes! first time i was going around a bend and it was icy and my car got out of control and instead of hitting the oncoming car i dove for the yard, welli missed the yard but i scored points by landing my stratus on top and yes i mean on top of a large solid brick mailbox! ouch! it totalled my car but i was perfectly fine! (my mom was definately looking out for me on both acidents.)

as for teh mirrors..........thanks! a new oem one is going to run about $90 and thats dealership cost. (bf is a honda tech and gets things at their cost)
