is there a doc in the house?
Well i got back from my race last night and my body was killing me from the major crashes that took place sat night / early sunday morning.
Well i woke up this morning and my knees hurt more then ever. I think its from the two times i cought the left one on a tree because i went into a power slide and the tree didn't move ![]() Anyways the onsite doctor people said just put ice on it at the time. I didn't bother because i didn't want to get cold, well this morning they really hurt. I dont want to see a doctor because i dont have time to waste waiting for them. Should i be putting somethign cold or hot them? Im not going to be taking pain killers because thats for wussies. so hit me up with some tips. |

Actually if you warm them and then cool them its supposed to help. Use an ice pack then perhaps a heating pad.
I'm no doctor, but that seems to work for me.
