first engine mods

i'm thinking of getting a '00 Honda Civic VTi-R Coupe for my next car and was wondering what would be the best mod to do to the engine firstout of the following:
Quad Throttle Bodies
2.25" - 2.5" Exhaust
Mugen Cams
Port & Polish
Lightened Flywheel
Heavy Duty Clutch
Quickshifter
VTEC Controller

does anyone know how many kw's this might produce? does anyone know of any other mods to do or alternate ones? also, does anyone know what mods and the sort of body kits they use on the Civic's in "The Fast and The Furious"? any help would be greatly appreciated.
