FedEx = The Suck

the fuckers had my hood for a whole week in a warehouse. just sitting there. why? becuase sence i moved and now live a new developement and my address isnt on mapquest or anything. my house doesnt exsist. when they got my hood here to DSM iowa and realized that. they left it in the fucking warehouse up agianst a wall. they didnt call TopEndMotorsports to tell them this or me. i called topend and bitch them out over the fact i havent received my hood and it shipped out 2 weeks ago. they called Fedex and found out where it was. so fedex still not believing that my house exsist calls my house. to comfirm i live here. so after i comfirm it, i rip them a new one. i told them if i dont get a refund for my shipping for there ignorance. i would sue. so topend got a call from fedex telling them to refund my shipping. so topend calls me and tells me to check paypal. sure enough the 70 i spent on shipping is there. why did they have to refund it? they didnt fuck anything up. I CANT WAIT TILL I GET MY HOOD. and if its damaged after all this. i will sue for triple of my orginal purchase.

i just happen to be dating the duaghter of someone in iowas top law firm. so dont fuck with me.

Sure...Fed Ex isn't the greatest, but consider your alternatives. I like the USPS personally. I do, however, avoid UPS like rape. Everything they ship to me I carefully inspect for footprints (which I usually find). It's like a fun scavanger hunt...only intead of winning a prize, I get it up the ass. Fuck UPS.

Oh...and never had a problem with Fed Ex.

Wait... So you moved to a house that they didn't know existed and your upset they didn't deliver to you?

Also what grounds do you have to sue? Especially 3x times the price.

Actually I don't think you can so long as they offer to reimburse you for it. And why in the world would you be entitled to 3x what the thing's worth even if it is damaged? Seems to me all you could do in the event that they refused to reimburse you would be to collect the actual price of the damaged item.
