Ferrari needs to get over themselves

Seriously...they do. Don't get me wrong...they make some amazing machines. I saw an F40 get dynoed once and almost simultaneously shit myself and blew a load. But their new venture, the '05 FFX (SEEN HERE) just crosses the line. It's basically a souped up Enzo (is that possible?) with a ridiculously inflated price tag. The Enzo costs around 1,000 dollars per horsepower...$600K for 600hp. The FFX puts down 800hp but costs $1.8 million? What the hell? Sure...it's probably uber fast, it's limited to 20, and you're paying a lot for the Ferrari name...but even that's a bit much for Ferrari.

It may be a ridiculous price but I think if any of us had an extra 1.8 mill laying around we'd be buying one of those

Ive never really liked ferrari that much. My friends think Im crazy because Id rather have a porsche.
But that price is insane for 800hp and a ferrari badge. With 1.8million I could do A LOT more than buy a car.

Ummm...not me. I'd be buying a TVR Speed 12, an '05 Ford GT, and a '00 Cobra R (so I could turbo that biatch) and I'd still have over a million lying around to play with...maybe buy a nice house or something. I don't care how rich you are, no car is worth $1.8M.

ehh.. 1.8 mil dosnt seem that crazy actually. figure theres 20 of them in the world, the demand for those 20 cars will sell em. is it worth it for the value? well you could make a car that could compete in strait line, or turns, but at the end of the day that car was R&D'ed to the max for perfection or performance.

but im with pdigg.. porsche

Well...since something is only worth as much as someone will pay for it and I'm sure there'll be some dipshit waiting to shell over $2M+ for a car...you're probably right.
