Im not saying its not strange
but for it to show up on more than 3 machines really sounds like something else...especially at a school, where all sorts of crap is installed to protect networks |

I got the same thing as biker only two of the results are switched in between them.

People you have to realize that google does have relative listings depending on the country/area you are searching from so listings will be different. however the only listings that are paid for are the ones found on the right hand side. Where as the others are call 'natural' search generated listings.
If you are getting something other then what others are getting as in 'spam' or 'bad links' there is something wrong wtih your computer. I talked to the guys at google yesterday at the imedia conference in richmond hill and spent an afternoon better understanding how their software works. when you think about it actually googles engine is the most powerful software in the world. Searching through over 10 billion websites for yuor search and offering you results in often under 5second. |
