Question about my 94 accord EX

What is a good engine block or engine swap for my 94 Honda Accord EX.
I was thinking about a B18 from Dart Automotive but I dont know how much it is going to improve my car. If I was to bya new engine block what else am I going to need to buy, for example will I need to get new pistons and other shit like that? If anybody has any suggestions let me know

Greddy Evo cat-back exhaust
AEM V2 Cold-Air Intake

why put a b18 in an accord ? they are way to small and do not produce enough torque to get the accord moving. get a h22

H22, B18 is a civic motor, not enough "grunt" for an accord

I'd hope any engine you buy would come with the necessary pistons.

I agree with them, a B18 won't be a good choice for an Accord. The H22 is probably your best bet unless you want to modify your current engine.

Just keep in mind Accords have a slim chance of ever being big street monsters, even with an H22. But an H22 should definitely provide more fun than the stock motor.

you might need new motor mounts but no pistons or anything. Unless you buy some crap, and definatly go with the H22 or 23

Dart blocks come with NOTHING... but the block...

You need pistons, rods, crank, oil pump, pick up, water pump, squirters...

EVERYTHING.... It ONLY replaces the stock block... EVERYTHING else needs to be either swapped over from a donor block... or you need to buy aftermarket ones...

I think a B18 into an Accord would be a first. Good luck trying to get it to fit though cause they don't make motor mount kits for it to fit in there, it'd be all custom. Just slap in a H double deuce, it's a direct swap and since ur car is an ex, you only have to add a few wires, and extend a few more, nothing major.

Oops....overlooked the keyword "block" in there.

Still would get an H22 or equivalent/better.
