bad engine problem on 2.2 vtec
Hello eveyone how are you guys. I have a 93 prelude witha 2.2 vtec in it. After 5,000 rpms it has a bad miss to it seems like.
I tried to put new plugs wired cap and rotor and even a fuel filter on it. It still does it. The weird thing is that it doesn't do it all the time. I was told that my coil could be getting weak and not putting ou the spark and or else i need new rings in my car. When i get on it hard it smokes bad. Could it be my rings that casue this casue not enough compression soemtimes. Please feed me soem in fo on this. |

what color smoke ?
blue-oil in the chamber gray/black- unburnt fuel

yup i am going thu the same .. VERRY low compression and blue smoke.. and it needs rings.. well only one is bad but yea...
